Crimson Patina Flower of Life Handwoven Shawl is lovingly created with rayon warps in turquoise and rust. The weft is a drapey soft tencel yarn in crimson.
This piece has a tremendous drape and a deliciously soft handle. It is luxurious on the body.
I designed this draft to weave the sacred geometric shape Flower of Life which consists of interlocking circles, but due to the complexity of the interleaved design lines, there are other shapes that appear and disappear as you look at the finished piece. I love patterns that shift and change as you view them.
Dimensions are 18″ wide and 66″ long excluding the fringe. The fringe is approximately 4.5″ long on each end.
Hand wash in cool water. Hang or dry flat.
