Radiant Flower of Life Handwoven Shawl is lovingly created with two warps, one radiant gold tencel and one smokey blue cotton. The weft is black rayon.
This piece has a tremendous drape and a deliciously soft handle. It is luxurious on the body.
I designed this draft to weave the sacred geometric shape Flower of Life which consists of interlocking circles, but due to the complexity of the interleaved design lines, there are other shapes that appear and disappear as you look at the finished piece. I love patterns that shift and change as you view them. This piece has been one of my all time favorite weaves…I just adore how this came out on every level!
Dimensions are 16″ wide and 68″ long excluding the fringe. The fringe is approximately 7″ on each end.
Hand wash in cool water. Hang or dry flat.
