Vincent’s Dream Batik Infinity Cowl Scarf is 100% cotton, hand dyed batik. Batik is an Indonesian technique of applying wax to create a resist when dyed. The colors in this piece are yellow, blue, pink and purple dots, with really the full spectrum showing up here and there in dots, on a charcoal to brown to forest green background. This is a really gorgeous cloth, and the swirls of the dotted pattern reminded me of “Starry Starry Night” by Van Gogh, hence the name.
It’s generous length allows it to be worn in countless ways, the soft cotton can be worn year round and you can wash and dry this piece! It’s long enough to wrap around your neck twice or three times with plenty of room!
Circumference is 108″ (yes, really!) and 10″ diameter tube construction.
